Please be advised that if you have not completed the online registration process through our website, the $3 paper bill fee has now been applied. If you are having issues with the registration please contact our office for assistance. The $3 fee will not be waived any longer as we have given three months written notice to complete the process. Once your online registration is complete, the $3 fee will be removed from your next bill. Council passed a By-Law by Resolution on June 12, 2017 to have a $3 fee applied to Utility Accounts that are not registered in electronic billing.
