Public Hearing for Bylaw 2012-01 Amend Land Use Bylaw
The Village of Clyde will be holding a Public Hearing regarding Bylaw 2012-01, Amend Land Use Bylaw:
The purpose of proposed Bylaw 2012-01 is to change the land use district map by:
REZONING PARCELS 7921755;9;12, 7921755;9;15, and 7921755;9;16 FROM R1 (RESIDENTIAL) TO R2 (RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT
The amendment may be viewed at the Village Office, 4812-50 Street, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
A Public Hearing is scheduled for March 20, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village of Clyde Council Chambers.
The Public Hearing provides an opportunity for persons affected by the revised By-law to object or make suggestions prior to third and final reading.
2012 Tax Payment Instalment Plan
Any residents of Clyde who would like to pay their taxes by monthly instalments in 2012 must have their 2011 taxes paid in full prior to beginning the monthly instalment payment plan. If you are interested in using this plan, please contact the Clyde Village Office to enter into a payment plan agreement and find out what your monthly payments from January to May 2012 will be.

Garbage Collection is every Friday- please have your garbage put out before 7:00 a.m. in enclosed garbage cans. Recycle Collection is every second Friday- please place your recyclables in blue bags and place beside your garbage.
